Whenever the word chandeliers is mentioned I think of majestic mansions with long driveways and a beautiful porch. A lovely outdoor chandelier hanging from the tall ceiling of the porch makes for a beautiful picture. Occasionally the pillars or wall has an outdoor chandelier candle fixed on to it. It’s a lovely sight and makes one wish one owned a house like that. The very mention of the word chandelier lighting spells elegance. Lighting chandeliers are a great choice particularly when you live in a large house and have a huge driveway and a beautiful looking porch. Another option to use outdoor chandeliers is when you entertain a lot outdoors either in your patio or deck.

September 23rd, 2009Whenever asked to write about chandelier lighting I’m reminded of those opulent mansions that one occasionally drives past or sees in the glossies which feature the rich and the famous, or those movies where they show ladies in lovely gowns with a retinue of servants following them. Chandelier lighting can completely transform the look of the house. It gives a touch of grandeur to the house and it just can’t fit in any house.A one bedroom apartment is hardly a place for chandelier lighting.
Lighting Chandeliers Add Glamour to your Home
September 15th, 2009As a child I recall visiting museums and houses that collected period items. One thing that they all had in their collection was lighting chandeliers. The huge creation made of glass spreading light and swinging gracefully from the ceiling looked very attractive. I recall spending several hours watching these glass creations totally mesmerized.
I also recall watching several period romances on celluloid that featured lighting chandeliers as it swayed gracefully along with the lovely gown that the central character of the film was wearing.
